Miniature Pizzas

Yield: 16   1\4 Cup Catsup 2 English Muffins Split And Crisply Toasted 1 Tsp Dried Oregano 1 Tsp Wine Vinegar 1\2 Cup Chopped Pepperoni 1\2 Tsp Onion Powder 1\2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1\4 Tsp Sugar 4 Tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese 1\8 Tsp Pepper   Mix the first seven ingredients . Spread 1\4 on each of the muffin halves. Top each with 1\4 pepperoni and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place on single layer of toweling on carousel or on double layer of paper toweling on dinner plate. 45 seconds. If using other than carousel rotate dinner plate and rearrange muffins after half the cooking time. Cut each muffin half into 4 wedges.
