Hot Blue Cheese & Bacon Dip |

7 Strips Bacon - Cut
Into Small Pieces 1 Tsp. Garlic,
Chopped (1) 8 Oz. Package
Of Cream Cheese, Softened 1/4 Cup Half &
Half Or Milk 4 Oz. Crumbled
Blue Cheese 1/2 Cup Chopped
Smoked Almonds Saute the bacon until almost crisp.
Drain fat from pan and add the chopped garlic. Sauté until bacon is
crisp. Remove from pan, put aside. With electric mixer or food
processor, blend cream cheese & half/half or milk until smooth. Add in
blue cheese and bacon/garlic mixer. Blend until mixed in but it doesn't
have to be totally smooth - want some of the bacon and blue cheese bits. Place in a 2 cup oven-proof dish
and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and top
with the chopped smoked almonds. Serve with sliced apples, pears and/or
crackers.
