Mexican Pinwheels
1 - 1 Oz. Package Hidden Valley Ranch
Dressing Mix (Dry)
2 - 8 Oz. Packages Of Cream Cheese, Softened
1 - 4 Oz. Jar Pimiento, Chopped And Patted Dry With Paper Towel
1 - 4 Oz. Can Sliced Black Olives
1 - 4 Oz. Can Diced Green
2 - Green Onions, Minced
1 - Package Tomato/Basil (Red) Tortillas
Mix first 6 ingredients together;
spread approx. 1-2 tablespoons of filling** in center and spread to
within an inch of the edges of the tortilla. Roll up and wrap in
aluminum foil. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove
foil; slice into 1” pieces (smaller if desired).
** you’ll be able to judge how much
filling as you roll up ;don’t want it to “squish out”!
