Apple Pancakes |

1 1/2 Cups Sifted
Flour 1 Cup Sour Milk
(Add 1 Tbsp Vinegar To Milk) 1/4 Tsp Salt 3/4 Tsp Baking
Soda 2 Apples, Sliced
Thin 1 Egg Butter Mixture Of Sugar &
Cinnamon Measure and sift
together flour, salt and baking soda. Beat egg till light. Add sour milk
to egg. Add the egg mixture to dry ingredients. Add pared and sliced
apples to batter. Drop by spoonfulls on a hot greased griddle. Cook on
one side till puffed and golden, turn and cook on other side. Lightly
butter Both sides and
turn in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Needs no syrup !!! |
