Blueberry Pie |

4 Cups Blueberries 1/8 Tsp Salt 2/3 Cup Sugar 2 Tbsp Blackberry
Jello 1 Cup Water 1 Tbsp Butter 1 Tsp Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp Cornstarch 1 Baked Pie Shell
(Or Graham Cracker) Mix water and
cornstarch in pan. Add one (1) cup blueberries and cook till thickened.
Remove from heat; add lemon juice, salt, jello and butter. Cool slightly
and add remaining berries. Pour into pie crust and cool. Serve with
whipped cream. |
