Cheese Cake

Serves: 10   1 3/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs 1/4 Cup Fine Chopped Nuts 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted   Combine ingredients, reserving three (3) tbsp mixture. Press remaining on bottom of 9 inch springform pan.   Filling: 3 Well Beaten Eggs 2 8 Oz Pkg Cream Cheese 1 Cup Sugar 1/4 Tsp Salt 2 Tsp Vanilla 1/2 Tsp Almond Extract 3 Cups Sour Cream   Combine all ingredients except sour cream, beat till smooth. Blend in sour cream, pour on crust. Garnish with reserved crumbs. Bake at 375 deg. For 35 to 40 minutes or till set. Cool, then refrigerate for about five (5) hours.
