Zucchini Pie |

Serves: 8 4 Cups Zucchini,
Thinly Sliced 1/4 Tsp Basil 1 Cup Chopped
Onion 1/4 Tsp Oregano 1/3 Cup Butter 2 Eggs Beaten 1/2 Cup Parsley,
Chopped 8 Oz Mozzarella,
Shredded 1/2 Tsp Salt 8 Oz Can Crescent
Rolls 1/4 Tsp Pepper 1/4 Tsp Garlic
Powder Cook and stir
zucchini and onion in butter for ten (10) minutes. Add all spices and
herbs to zucchini mixture. Combine eggs and cheese in bowl. Separate
crescent rolls into triangles and press into ten (10) inch pie pan. Mix
cheese mixture with zucchini, pour into crust. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or
until center is set. Let stand for ten (10) minutes before slicing. |
