Belgian Flank Steak |

1 Lb Beef
Flank Steak Spread meat on
both sides with worsherster sauce spread the top of the meat with
mustard. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Place the meat in the
cold skillet, mustard side up. Raise heat to high. Cook undisturbed
until under side is well browned. Turn meat over & cook to desired
doneness (best if very rare). Remove to a heated platter. Combine
remaining ingredients in skillet. Cook & stir (5) minutes until most of
the liquid has evaporated. Slice steak thinly against the grain and
spoon sauce over the steak. Makes (4) servings. |
