Broiled Fresh Sea Scallops |

Serves: 3
-4 1 Lb Sea Scallops Rinse scallops in
cold water, drain well. Place a single layer of scallops in a lightly
buttered casserole. Saute garlic in butter until garlic begins to turn a
light golden color. Pour garlic butter over scallops and dust lightly
with paprika. Broil three (3) inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes or
until scallops become opaque. Serve with lemon wedges, cracked butter
and parsley. Note: large scallops may need to be cut in half before
broiling. Be sure to use a casserole dish that is just large enough to
hold the scallops in single layer. |
