Cabbage Rolls |

Serves:
4-6 16 Large Leaves Cabbage Steam cabbage
rolls for 4 minutes. Drain well. Mix meat, salt, pepper, onion, rice and
egg. Roll a portion of filling into each leaf; secure with a toothpick.
Place cabbage rolls on rack in pressure cooker pan. Pour tomato soup and
water over rolls. Cover; set control at 15 lbs and cook 8 minutes after
control jiggles. |
