Chicken Clam Supreme |

Serves:
4-6 1 Chicken , Cooked, Skinned, Boned
And Cut Up Cook carrots in
chicken broth till tender, 3-4 minutes. Remove to bowl reserving 3/4 cup
for garnish. In broth heat potatoes and beans to boil-then simmer till
tender, 5 minutes. Remove to bowl with carrots. Add wine to broth to
make 2 1/2 cups. Drain clams, reserve broth. Melt butter, cookonio
onion. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken and clam broth, stir
until sauce thickens. Add vegetables, chicken and clams. Heat. Serve |
