Cocktail Meatballs |

Makes: 3
1/2 Doz 2 Lb Ground Beef Combine meat,
oats, onion, catsup, parsley, salt, thyme, garlic salt, pepper and egg.
Shape to form small, bite-sized meatballs. Brown in hot shortening.
Drain. Combine tomato sauce, soy sauce, mustard and horseradish. Pour
over drained meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve in chafing
dish or fondue pot. |
