Carrot Salad
2 Lb Carrots, Sliced & Cooked 1 Large Onion, Cut In Strips 1 Green Pepper, Cut In Strips
Sauce: 1 Can Tomato Soup 1 Cup Sugar 3/4 Cup Vinegar 1/4 Cup Oil 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Pepper
Put all sauce ingredients in pan and simmer till sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables. Keep refrigerated overnight to marinate vegetables.
