Split Pea Soup - In a Crock Pot, so good! |

1 Pkg. Of
Dry Split Peas Put all
ingredients in crock pot, cover with enough water to come 2-3 inches
above meat(s). Put crock pot on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 4-5
hours). After cooking time has elapsed, remove meat and break into
bite-size pieces or shred. Mash about a cup of the split peas to make
soup thicker (or use a hand-held emulsifier to thicken). |
